The publisher benefits from the VAT basic exemption scheme. VAT is not charged and the statutory French mention applies to every sale and invoice. « TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI »

Hosting

The site is hosted by Linode LLC, an Akamai Technologies company, 249 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106, United States (linode.com).

Ordering and payment

Orders are paid by SEPA transfer or in cryptocurrencies. Shipping costs are always charged and the minimum order is set at 120 €.

• Sale by weight & payment of the price. For products sold by weight, the customer pays a maximum amount (ceiling) at checkout. The sums paid constitute payment of the price — not a deposit or a down payment. The final price is set as the displayed price per kilo (or per litre) multiplied by the actual weight recorded after weighing, within the ceiling; any difference in the customer's favour is refunded to them. The refund is issued after weighing and before dispatch.
• Delivery. Orders are delivered in mainland France under cold chain. The delivery week is chosen at checkout and the precise terms are stated before the order is confirmed.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with articles L612-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to resolving a dispute with a professional.
