Terms of sale

These terms govern every order placed on Primal Elite. Placing an order implies their full acceptance.

The products

Primal Elite sells game meat and offal prepared on the estate, raw comb honey and fine produce. Game is a seasonal, living resource. Availability follows the season and the animals actually taken, and a listed product may become unavailable without notice.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros, net of tax under the VAT basic exemption scheme (« TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI »). Weight-sold products are priced per kilo and billed on the weight actually prepared. Shipping costs are always charged in addition and the minimum order is set at 120 €.

Ordering

Orders follow weekly cycles. Each category has an ordering deadline shown on the site; an order placed before the deadline joins the delivery week chosen at checkout. An order that remains unpaid when its deadline passes is cancelled without charge.

The customer account is activated through our Telegram channel, which is also the coordination channel for order follow-up. The customer undertakes to provide accurate contact and delivery details.

Payment

Orders are paid by SEPA transfer or in cryptocurrencies, at the time of ordering. The order becomes final once the payment is received. Any refund relating to a cryptocurrency payment is calculated at the conversion rate applied at the initial transaction.

• Sale by weight & payment of the price. For products sold by weight, the customer pays a maximum amount (ceiling) at checkout. The sums paid constitute payment of the price — not a deposit or a down payment. The final price is set as the displayed price per kilo (or per litre) multiplied by the actual weight recorded after weighing, within the ceiling; any difference in the customer's favour is refunded to them. The refund is issued after weighing and before dispatch. The customer is never charged beyond the authorised ceiling.
• Substitutions. If a piece proves unavailable at preparation, it is removed or replaced in agreement with the customer through the coordination channel, and the final total is adjusted accordingly.

Delivery

Orders are delivered in France and in the European Union, under cold chain for fresh products. The delivery week is chosen at checkout and the applicable terms, times and costs are stated before the order is confirmed. Risk passes to the customer on delivery. The customer checks the condition of the parcel and the products on receipt.

Claims on receipt

Fresh products must be checked immediately. Any issue with the condition, weight or contents of a delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, with photographs, by email or through the Telegram channel. Justified claims are refunded or replaced.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (fresh meat, offal, fresh fruit and vegetables) nor for sealed goods unsealed after delivery which cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

For other products (unopened honey, preserves and dry goods), the customer has 14 days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason, by notifying us by email. The products are returned unopened and in perfect condition, return costs borne by the customer, and the refund is issued within 14 days of recovery of the goods.

Legal guarantees

Every sale carries the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 and following of the French Consumer Code, two years from delivery) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code). For perishable foodstuffs these guarantees apply within the limits of the product's use-by date. Claims are addressed to the contact shown in the legal notice.

Use of the site and the account

The customer keeps their access credentials safe and remains responsible for orders placed through their account. Fraudulent use, resale misrepresenting the origin of the products, and any automated extraction of the site's content are prohibited. The site's texts, photographs and brand elements are protected; their reproduction requires prior written consent.

Mediation and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the customer may use the consumer mediation scheme described in the legal notice. Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts are determined by the applicable rules of procedure. Read the legal notice
